Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Experience with elective surgical cases: Orthopedics/Spine, General Surgery, Cardiovascular (CV), Plastics, Gynecology (GYN), Robotics, Urology preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
• Assist with a variety of elective surgical cases including Ortho/Spine, General, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Meditech EMR
• Follow all hospital and unit policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Promote a positive and flexible team environment within the surgical department
