Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a flexible day shift contract covering both inpatient and outpatient settings, with hand therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position involves both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy services
• Flexible schedule with option for 5 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 10 hour shifts
• Day shift position with required Friday coverage
• One Saturday morning shift required for post-operative orthopedic patients
• No on-call responsibilities
• Primary duties include evaluation and treatment of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Must be willing to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations including post-surgical orthopedic cases
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Hand therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility
