Shift: 12-hour nights; 7p-7:30a
Weekends: Every other
Float: NICU and PICU as needed
No on-call
Guaranteed hours: 36
Required Certifications: WI or Compact RN license, AHA BLS, AHA PALS required; AHA ACLS preferred
Education: ASN or BSN preferred
Minimum Experience: 12 - 18 months in high acuity cardiac PICU required. Level I Trauma experience HIGHLY preferred.
Special skills: High acuity cardiac PICU with open heart, heart transplants, and open chests.
Charting: Epic charting
