Pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience, Central line and IVAD management skills, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification, BLS, Flexibility and adaptability with assignments and scheduling, Electronic Health Record Proficiency (Epic experience preferred)BLS-American Heart AssociationAPHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Course or ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration Certification
