Title: Registered Nurse – PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit)

Full Location:
305 South 5th Street, Enid, OK 73701, USA

Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift (Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30) or Option for 4x10-Hour Shifts (07:30–18:00) with Rotating Day Off

Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)

Job Description

Monitor patients’ levels of consciousness and recovery from anesthesia, reporting any concerns to the medical team.
Obtain and record vital signs and patient status post-operatively.
Recognize and respond to complications or side effects of anesthesia.
Administer prescribed medications for pain, nausea, or other post-operative symptoms.
Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; CPAN, TNCC, or CCRN highly desirable.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact state).
Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved nursing program; BSN preferred.

Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,790.00 Per Week
