• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/24/2025 – End: 2/23/2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (8A – 8P), with potential for 2 on-call shifts/month
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 2:1
• Technology: GE Monitors, EMR: Meditech
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470–$1570 per week

PACU RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience required
• Pre-op nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced clinical environment

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Pre-op and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings
• Monitor and assess patients during Phase I recovery and Phase II discharge
• Document patient care using advanced EMR systems and GE Monitors
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to on-call nursing needs as scheduled
• Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic hospital environment
