• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800

PACU RN Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent PACU nursing experience required for travel nurse jobs
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in PACU specialty (within last 12 months)
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment required during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• All certifications must be active with nothing pending

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in the ASC
• Monitor patient recovery and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and healthcare safety standards
• Participate in orientation and required clinical assessments
