Job Title: RN - Surgery
Location: West Burlington, IA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift/Schedule: 8-hour shifts per week.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:

• Delivers care to patient's intra-operative, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
• Effectively interacts with the surgical patient and health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
• Primary duties include but not limited to circulating procedures, instrumentation of procedures, and assisting surgeon and/or anesthesia providers.
• Provides high quality care to the following surgical patient populations: Patient of any age undergoing surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, General, Orthopedics to include Spine, Podiatry, Dental/Oral surgery, Pain Management, Ophthalmology, Urology, OB/Gynecology including c-sections, Vascular and Bariatric. Clinical care activities and nursing services: Circulating, Instrumenting, first assisting, Patient education, Resource nurse.
