Completion of operating room scrub tech course is desirable.4.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS5.Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone Is call required If so, how often Are weekends required) will not work alone, call will be 1 2 nights per week and 1 of every 4 weekends Will work 36 hrs per week6.Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments) no7.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 2 Surgery suites, 2 scope rooms, outpatient surgeries8.Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) varies9.Dress Code: ceil blue scrubs provided10.Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:No License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:CAH Care Setting:Acute Division: Shift Notes:Varied hours department opens at 0600 and closes at 1700 hours can vary dependent upon census and patient demand as we often have add on cases from our attached clinic and hospital.
