• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
• Unit: Operating Room (OR)
• Duration: 14-week contract (November 3, 2025 – February 7, 2026)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am), with possible evening shifts (9:00pm – 9:30pm or 11:00pm – 11:30pm); no call, possible weekends
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990-$2130
• Employment Type: On-site, travel healthcare position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Completion of required onboarding, orientation, and health screenings
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient management in the OR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare protocols
• Accurately document patient care and surgical activities
• Participate in rotating shifts, including nights and possible weekends, as required
