Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN), including general and circulating duties
• Active Minnesota RN license required at time of submission
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved religious/medical exemption)
• Ability to provide all required documentation (cover sheet, resume, skills checklist, active license/certification, requested time off)

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room
• Circulate and assist during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes
• Float within the OR as needed to support team coverage
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required
• Accurately and promptly document all care provided
