Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) 

Location: Midland, TX 

Start Date: November 10, 2025

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical team in Midland, Texas. This is a travel nursing opportunity with a start date in the next 3–5 weeks. Candidates must demonstrate clinical excellence across a range of specialties and be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative care across General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Trauma, and ENT cases
• Support pediatric surgical cases (preferred)
• Participate in on-call rotations as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Schedule Details:

• Day shift: 3x12-hour (06:30–19:00) or 4x10-hour shifts
• Variable weekly schedule; no guaranteed set days
• Block scheduling is not available
• Final shift structure and call expectations will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience preferred
• Strong clinical background in General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Flexibility and reliability in scheduling and call coverage

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS
• PALS (preferred)
