Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)  

Location: MSMHC – Short-Term Acute Care Facility 

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) 

Shift Options:

• Day: 4x10-Hour (07:00–17:00)
• Evening: 5x8-Hour (15:00–23:30)

MSMHC is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN with dual experience in OR and Endoscopy. This role requires flexibility, clinical expertise, and the ability to work across both surgical and procedural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate in OR and Endoscopy units with a 1:1 RN-to-room ratio
• Participate in weekend and holiday call coverage (1–2 weekends per six-week cycle)
• Provide occasional weekday coverage and holiday rotation as needed
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience
• BLS certification
• Experience with Cerner charting
• Trauma Level I experience
• Not open to first-time travelers

Preferred Skills:

• Charge Nurse experience
• Robotics XI experience
• Orthopedic and Neurosurgical experience
