Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience and strong scrubbing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Operating Room environment
• Day shifts totaling 40 hours per week
• No night shifts, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
• Patient populations include general, orthopedic, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and urology surgical cases
• Circulator and scrub RN duties expected
• Perform circulating and scrubbing duties for a variety of surgical cases including general, ortho, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and urology
• No local candidates permitted due to a 75-mile radius rule
• Must maintain an active license throughout the assignment
• Standard surgical scrubs required

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Recent experience in a Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma setting within the last 2 years mandatory
• Operating Room experience as a circulator required
• Strong scrubbing skills highly preferred
• Applicants must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
