Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Fargo, ND (58102) – North Dakota healthcare jobs
• Facility Type: Acute Care, Level 1 Trauma Center

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday
• Hours per Week: 40 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,420 - $2,600 per week
• Call Requirements: 1 weekend of call every 6 weeks, plus 1 day per week; occasional late stay shifts (1-2 per week)
• Floating: May float to nearby campuses within 20 minutes if needed
• Scrubs: Ceil Blue (provided)

Operating Room RN Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
• Proficiency in General, Neuro, and Ortho surgical procedures
• Experience in large hospital or Level 2 (or higher) trauma centers preferred
• Active North Dakota or Compact RN License (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
• Experience with computerized charting (EPIC), Accudose, cautery, lasers, laparoscopic and arthroscopy equipment, and Stealth navigation for Neuro cases
• Must not reside within 60 miles of the facility

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Circulate and document patient care in the operating room setting
• Sterile prepping of surgical sites and catheter insertion
• Open sterile supplies and position patients for surgical procedures
• Document care within an electronic health record system
• Set up and utilize operating room equipment as directed
• Support a system with 33 operating rooms across multiple Fargo campuses
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including badging in/out
