• Holiday Coverage: Must work at least every other holiday
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1750-$1870

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license
• Minimum 18 months recent Operating Room (OR) experience, with strong background in orthopedic surgery and total joint replacements
• At least 18 months of permanent OR RN experience prior to travel assignments
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Recent (within 6 months) Epic charting experience
• One recent supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the OR specialty
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, focusing on orthopedic procedures such as total joint replacements
• Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations
• Participate in orientation and required clinical assessments
• Demonstrate flexibility by working every other holiday as required
