Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Montana or compact state preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room circulating nurse experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS or additional certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities

OR RN Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for all surgical operations
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond promptly to changes during surgery
• Accurately document all aspects of perioperative patient care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in required on-call rotation and provide clinical support as needed
