• Hourly Pay Rate: $74.00
• Weekly Pay Rate: $2664.00
• Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $39.50
• Minimum Hourly Stipend: $34.50
• Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1422.00
• Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1242.00

Traveler (1099):

• Hourly Pay Rate: $78.00
• Weekly Pay Rate: $2808.00

The Operating Room RN (Scrub & Circulate) provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care, collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This role requires proficiency in circulating and scrubbing, adherence to sterile technique, and the ability to guide and support staff while maintaining compliance with standards of practice.

• Deliver pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for surgical patients
• Function in both circulating and scrub nurse roles
• Collaborate with surgical team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Direct and supervise support staff as required
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Bachelor’s preferred )
• Active PA RN license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year OR/Scrub & Circulate experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing and sterile practices
