• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Holiday Coverage: Must work 1 summer and 1 fall/winter holiday; if off, must work the day before or after. Includes evening, day, winter, and spring hallmark shifts.
• Hourly Pay Rate: $97.65
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,200 - $2,360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Level 1 Trauma Operating Room nursing experience
• Active New Jersey RN license (required)
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Scrub and circulate experience in surgical nursing
• COVID-19 vaccination with at least 1 booster
• Strong attention to detail for patient safety and quality assurance
• Excellent organizational skills for clinical coordination
• Flexibility to meet department needs; no consecutive days or weeks of requested time off

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center operating room
• Scrub and circulate for diverse surgical procedures
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Adapt to scheduling needs, including required holiday and hallmark shifts
• Participate in quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
