10-hour rotating shifts; must be flexible with schedule including weekends and call.

The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room is responsible for providing high-quality care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

• Circulate and scrub for various surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold safety protocols.
• Document patient care and surgical events accurately.
• Provide patient education and support pre- and post-surgery.

• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room.
• Experience in large trauma level 1 settings.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.
• Ability to perform both circulating and scrubbing roles.
• Strong skills in general surgery, ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, and trauma.
• Current BLS certification required.
