Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts, primarily nights with potential rotation to days as needed. Travelers must be available for every other weekend and may be scheduled for holiday shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional in Mother/Baby Couplet Care. The ideal candidate will float to different units as necessary and have strong antepartum experience, with a preference for those willing to take on charge roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for mother-baby couplets.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in potential charge nurse duties as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• AHA BLS and NRP required; AHA ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in Mother/Baby Couplet Care.
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in a large (500+) facility or teaching facility is required.
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.
