Shift: 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

💰 Pay Package Offered

Total Hourly Pay: $45.42/hr
- Taxable (W2): $18.00/hr
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $27.42/hr
Weekly Gross: $1,635/week
- Taxable (W2): $648/week
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $987/week

📌 Job Details

Charting: EPIC
Schedule: Every Other Weekend coverage required
Orientation: 32 hours + billable modules (4–6 hrs average)
Scrubs: Blue (provided)
Daily Census: NICU Level III/IV (Neonates: <28 weeks, 29–34 weeks, >34 weeks)

🩺 Requirements

Experience:
- 3–5 years NICU (Level III preferred)
- First-time travelers accepted
Licensure:
- Active RN License (NJ or Compact)
- No locals (must live 50+ miles away)
Certifications (Required):
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Skills:
- IV Therapy, Arterial Line Management
- Central Line Blood Draw & Care (incl. UVC)
- Neonatal Feeding (breast, bottle, gavage, NG/NJ tube management)
- Isolation Precautions
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome management
- Neonatal Dosage Calculations
- Ventilator Management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)

Interdisciplinary Support: PT, Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, Rapid Response Teams
Staffing Ratios: Days 1:2 (Nights similar)
Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend
