Job Title: RN-NICU
Location: Midland, TX 79701
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift/Schedule: Day/Night shifts 
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care to neonates (including <28 weeks gestation).
• Manage central lines, arterial lines, UAC/UVC, ventilators, CPAP, HFNC, and oscillators.
• Administer blood products, IV therapies, surfactants, antibiotics, and emergency meds.
• Perform neonatal assessments (APGAR, developmental care, NAS monitoring, seizure management).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RT, PT, Radiology, and Social Services.
• Maintain accurate charting (Cerner preferred).
  
  Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of recent NICU experience (Level III/IV preferred)
• Previous charge experience is a plus
• Travel experience not required
• EMR: Cerner preferred
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, NIHSS
