Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU night shift position requiring 3 years of NICU experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:00
• Floating may be required to Mother Baby, Labor & Delivery, or Pediatrics units
• Charting is performed using Cerner; Cerner experience is preferred
• Expect to work some holidays as part of the contract
• On-site drug screening will be conducted prior to assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted
• Requests for time off must be submitted with application

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license required before start date
• Minimum 3 years of NICU RN experience required
• References and certifications required for consideration
• Pending license accepted at time of application if active before start
