LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel

Requirements: (Shift: 12H Nights, every other weekend, holidays as needed)

Licensure: Active AR or Compact RN License (required upon offer)
Experience:
- Required: Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a Level III-IV NNICU
- Preferred: NCC Neonatal ICU RN certification
- Must have prior travel experience (at least one completed assignment)
- Must have EPIC experience (note in submission packet)
Certifications: NRP, BLS
Tests:
- Must test negative for nicotine
- Must pass fit test (no facial hair unless for religious reasons)

Policies & Expectations

Floating required within ICU cluster (NICU, PICU, CVICU, Burn ICU, IMU) – travelers float first
Orientation: 2–3 days plus specialty testing
Scheduling: Manager/scheduler assigned; no self-scheduling; no on-call
Dress Code: Per ACH policy (see Client Documents)
EMR: EPIC
Medication System: Pyxis
