- 36hr Night Shift (7p-7:30a)

- 19wk contract

- 359 bed, trauma 1, teaching hospital

- Level 4 NICU (recent Level 3 or 4 exp required)

- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required

- MUST TEST NEGATIVE FOR NICOTINE

- no facial hair unless for religious beliefs

- The NICU has 104 beds, with 8 bed per pod

- Ratios: 1:1-3/4 based on acuity

- EMR is EPIC. Med system is Pyxis

- Scheduling by manager or scheduler; no self scheduling. No on call requirements. Every other weekend is required. Holidays required, as needed

- Equipment: GE, Servo, Kangaroo Care, ECMO, Nitric Oxide, HFOV, Jet Vent (occasional), & IMV

- Respiratory and Anesthesia available for support. RTs manage ventilators

- May float to other units in ICU cluster (PICU, CVICU, Burn ICU, IMU)
