Day/Night rotation. 2 years of Level II NICU experience required.Schedule requirementsShifts are 12 hours in length and will be a rotation of days and nights. Department does self scheduling 6 weeks at a time, and RN will be asked for a willingness to work 3 weekends or a holiday during the 6 week schedule if needed to meet the patient care needs. RN will have the option of picking up extra shifts, and can schedule 4 shifts a week if desired, however the fourth shift has the option of vexing if unit census indicates this. Unit works very hard to cover patient needs while trying to balance team requests.Additional InformationDepartment utilizes Meditech for physician orders and GE Centricity for charting.
