• Job Description: -
• Provide patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments per standards of care and state practice laws
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and educate patients/families
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
  
  Required Skills & Experience:
• Active WI RN license (or compact)
• Current NIHSS and CPR/BLS certifications
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu
• Prior nursing experience required
• Flexibility to float to other units if needed
