Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Transplant ICU
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73104

Job Type: Contract | 13 Weeks

End Date: December 20, 2025
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | 3 Days per Week

Key Responsibilities:

Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients, providing comprehensive ICU-level care.
Perform thorough assessments, document patient responses, and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
Monitor and interpret patient physiological data, intervening promptly as required.
Deliver clear communication to patients and families regarding care plans, hospital procedures, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective patient care and care transitions.
Delegate appropriate tasks to support staff while maintaining accountability.
Uphold infection control, safety, and hospital policy standards.

Qualifications:

Education

Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (required).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from a board-approved program (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practice, and techniques.

Licensure & Certifications

Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – AHA required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – AHA required.
