Travel Nursing Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,990 - $2,130 per week
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Voorhees, NJ (with floating to Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL locations)
• Start Date: November 10, 2025
• End Date: February 9, 2026
• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts/week (36 hours/week)
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Float Requirement: Willingness to float between multiple South Jersey hospital locations as needed
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and holiday required
• Charting System: Epic EMR
• Scrub Color: Navy blue

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (within the last 12 months)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (valid through assignment start date)
• Successful completion of Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (2 attempts allowed, must be taken on a PC)
• Ability to float to multiple hospital locations within skillset
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to complete required labs within 48 hours of signing
• Must be clean shaven for fit testing
• First-time travel nurses accepted but not preferred

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms; collaborate with monitor technicians
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Float to other units and hospital locations as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including infection control and safety protocols
• Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical environment
