About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join a collaborative care team in a community hospital setting. This role is ideal for nurses with 1–2 years of experience who are ready to expand their clinical skills in a supportive environment. Local candidates are welcome at the same rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse medical-surgical and telemetry population
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and document care using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (1–2 years accepted for new travelers)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a community hospital setting
