Must have 1 year of recent experience, must be able to interpret and sign off tele strips
Licenses: WI/Compact License in hand
Certs: BLS, NIHSS must have in hand before start
Must have two references with the last year and one reference from most current assignment before start
Weekends: Every Weekend Fri-Monday
PACKAGE OFFERED TO NURSE Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $63.08 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $30.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $33.08 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,883.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $1,560.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,323.00 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $45.00 Per Hour Hours per week: 48 Hours Shifts: PM/AM Weeks Weeks Weeks
