Travel Nursing Job Details

• Unit: Medical/Surgical Telemetry (3 Main)
• Start Date: October 31, 2025
• End Date: January 30, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,190 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license required at submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (active, not pending)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in Med/Surg Tele specialty required
• Clean background check with no open cases or license hits
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Must be able to pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprinting prior to start date

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in orientation, ongoing clinical training, and required competency assessments
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families throughout hospitalization
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
