Registered Nurse Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health Nursing Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
Document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Travel to patient homes throughout the Houghton, MI area
