Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit, following nursing standards and hospital policies.
Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac telemetry (EKG) readings, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and evaluate changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately and safely.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Recognize and respond promptly to emergencies such as arrhythmias, code situations, or rapid deterioration.
Promote patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies.
Support patient recovery and transition of care through discharge planning.

Required:

- CA RN License

- BLS

- ACLS

- PALS

- NIHSS

- 2 years of experience
