Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Elkins, WV 26241
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Weekdays, some weekends, holidays, and float as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience required.
• Valid WV or Compact RN license (pending licenses acceptable).
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (75-100 miles considered case-by-case).
• Minimum of 2 managerial or charge nurse references within the last 2 years.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from American Heart Association (required).
• Experience with Telemetry skills and Medical Surgical nursing.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Flu vaccine required unless a medical exemption is documented and approved by the facility.
• Candidates currently employed by any Vandalia Health System facility are not eligible for this travel contract.
• No probationary license actions within recent history or considered case-by-case.
