Requirements:

Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Active Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission
Certifications:
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NIHSS (Stroke Certification)
