Provide care in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit at Nashville General Hospital at Meharry
Float between Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby areas
Care for patients delivering at 32 weeks and above, including a prison population
Work in a 6-bed unit with a 1:1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio and support from scrub techs and interdisciplinary teams
Day shift: 3x12 hours (7 AM–7 PM) with every other weekend coverage
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (or MAB), NIHSS, AWHONN Intermediate, and NRP
Minimum 1 year of recent L&D and mother-baby experience required

This position is for an LDRP nurse whereas L&D and mother baby experience is required, as well as required float. Traveler will be working between L&D and Mother Baby.
