Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Floating Labor & Delivery RN  

Location: Silverton, Oregon 

Start Date: ASAP – Any Wednesday 

Shift: Night Shift | 12-Hour | 36 or 48 hours/week 

Employment Type: Contract

Legacy Health is seeking a flexible and experienced RN to join its system-wide float pool. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple facilities in Oregon, supporting high-acuity units with consistent staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care across designated  facilities with ratios of 1:1 to 1:2
• Float between four locations
• Work every other weekend and complete assigned education within one week of onboarding
• Document care using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications:

• Active Oregon RN license (must be applied for at time of submission; required prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Epic charting experience
• Previous travel experience preferred

Preferred Certifications and Skills:

• AWHONN Intermediate*
• MFTI Certification*
• 3 years RN experience*
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float across units

Additional Information:

• Refusal to float will result in contract cancellation
• Low census policy: facility may cancel one shift per two-week pay period
• Mandatory cancellations must be communicated 1.5 hours before shift start
