**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Birthing Center**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a reputable Birthing Center. This is a 13-week assignment requiring a minimum of every other weekend. Qualified candidates must be willing to work two out of the four holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care in Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn Care.
- Float as needed to Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department units.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of clinical care and patient safety.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination.

**Qualifications:**
- Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of LDRP experience.
- AHA BLS and NRP certifications required.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- Must have recent Epic experience (within the last 2 years) — this is non-negotiable.
- Reliable transportation is essential as public transportation is not accessible in the area; personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended.
- Candidates must provide all work history details, including bed count, EMR used, and facility type.

**Additional Information:**
- This position offers no block schedules; shifts are available Monday to Sunday.
- Bi-weekly orientations occur on Mondays.
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
