• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2520 - $2700

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Proficiency in LDRP model: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment

L&D Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in a 21-room Birthing Pavilion
• Support a diverse patient population with approximately 1,300 annual deliveries
• Adhere to AWHONN staffing guidelines and maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios
• Monitor and manage patients receiving high-risk medications (Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin drips)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions
