Labor & Delivery RN Job Details – Flemington, NJ

• Position Type: Per Diem Registered Nurse
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nursing shifts)
• Minimum Commitment: 4 shifts per month (option to pick up additional shifts)
• Weekend Availability: Required
• Scrubs: Provided
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $710 - $750

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required for all NJ nursing jobs)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (required)
• Preferred: Experience in both Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units
• Ability to work occasional weekends as part of a hospital nursing team

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to laboring mothers and newborns in a hospital setting
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families during the childbirth experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and nursing standards
