Compensation Package

Total Hourly Rate: $57.56/hour
Taxable (W2): $21.00/hour
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $36.56/hour

Total Gross Pay: $2,072/week
Taxable (W2): $756/week
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,316/week

Minimum 1 year Exp. required
Total Number of cases per day: 6
Patient Ratio by shift: 1:2
Number of Unit Beds: 12 Labor beds, 6 Antepartum beds
Total number of Physicians: 8 private practice OBs, 24-hour OB Hospitalist in-house
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring - AWHONN (ADVANCED), NRP
Patient population: High Risk Antepartum
Documentation System: Epic, CPN
Floating required to other units - Mom/Baby, sitter in the main hospital
Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
