Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active IA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent OB experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is within the Labor & Delivery unit
• Work schedule includes a combination of day and night shifts, with potential for straight nights or weekend coverage if preferred
• Must work at least one out of every three weekends
• Assignment duration is 7 weeks
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
• The unit has many newer staff, so seasoned travelers are needed to provide support
• Holiday and weekend shifts may be required based on the schedule

Requirements

• Active IA or compact state RN license
• Current BCLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OB experience
• Must have strong Labor & Delivery expertise to work independently with less experienced team members
