**Shift: Days (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)**
**Contract Length: 56 Weeks**
**Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week**
**Location: Must reside outside a 60-mile radius**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff RN to join our Mother-Infant unit. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional care to patients in various stages of their journey, including couplets, antepartum patients, and GYN surgical patients. As a pivotal member of our nursing team, you will ensure a high standard of patient care, support families during their critical moments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to both mother-infant couplets and antepartum patients.
- Assist in the management of GYN surgical patients post-operatively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients’ health status and respond promptly to any changes.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, health management, and post-discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols and standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.

**Qualifications:**

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in a mother-infant unit or similar environment preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
