ICU RN Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), and Telemetry units as needed

ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in condition for critically ill patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to PCU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units as required
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
