**Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days**

**Location:** Boston, MA and surrounding areas

**Contract Duration:** 13 weeks

**Schedule:** 40 hours/week, may include weekends

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver compassionate in•home hospice care
• Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS, submit same•day
• Manage 20•25 cases weekly
• Attend weekly in•person office meetings
• Be flexible to float as needed

**Requirements:**
• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• 2+ years hospice experience
• Proficient in HCHB and OASIS, including Oasis E post•January 2023
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Additional Info:**

• 2•3 days orientation
