Seeking a dedicated RN for a Hospice role in Norwood, MA, focused on compassionate end•of•life care.

**Key Details:**

• **Duration:** 13 weeks
• **Schedule:** Fri•Sun, 8 PM • 8 AM (36 hours/week)
• **Location:** Norwood, MA area
• **On•Call:** None
• **Certifications:** BLS
• **License:** Active RN
• **Experience:** 2+ years in Hospice with HCHB/OASIS, including Oasis E post•Jan 2023
• **Documentation:** Same•day completion
• **Case Load:** 20•25 cases/week, 5•7 points/day

**Additional Info:**

• **Orientation:** 2•3 days
• **Office Visit:** Weekly
• **Mileage:** $0.70/mile
• **Scrubs:** Any color
