Start Dates are not flexible.100-mile radius ruleEpic EMR proficiency required and recently used.No 48-hour guarantees.No blocked scheduling requests.No more than 5 days of RTO.***Must have two years ER experience - trauma Level I/II in the past three years. Level III or CAH not acceptable experience***- Ratios: 1:5 medical, 1:6 for fast track.- Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma (ER ran like a level 1), STEMI and Stroke receiving- will ship out if stroke intervention required.- # of Beds/Trauma Bays: 52 with 4 trauma bays.- On average, how many patients do you treat in the ER/day: 200/day- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; TNCC-preferred- Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating. -15-minute drive to Foothills freestanding ER.- RN must read own tele, also have monitor tech as well
