• Location: West Chester, PA 19380 (Philadelphia metro area – Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required
• Start Date: November 12, 2025
• Hourly Pay Rate: $82.77
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2000–$2100

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemption accepted with documentation)

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients, responding rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the electronic medical record
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during emergencies
